EP 131: Jupiter meets Neptune + Libra Full Moon

It’s here! It’s finally here! The astro event every astro nerd has been waiting for…

Jupiter and Neptune join together in Pisces on Tuesday for their every 13-year meet-up, but this is the first time since 1856 they are meeting in the sign of Pisces. You see Pisces was traditionally ruled by Jupiter, but once we discovered Neptune (with the help of telescopes), he was given the domain of Pisces.

All of that is to say, Jupiter and Neptune are both at home in the sign of the two fish, bringing together the subconscious shadow self and our most enlightened experience of collective consciousness. NBD, just another Tuesday.

Think back to 2009. What were you dreaming about? What was important to you? I guarantee in 2009 you had very different wishes, fantasies, and desires than you do now!

This transit inspires you to dream bigger, feel deeper, and surrender even more. Like we haven’t given up enough already?!

It’s an invitation from the Universe to trust. Allow the process to unfold. After all, these planets are meeting in the sign of the ocean and you can’t hold water in your hands for long, it will always find the smallest crevice and leak through your fingers.

Why not open your palms and allow yourself to receive what’s meant for you, instead of death gripping what you already have?

The week may bring some over-the-top emotions. Try to resist over-the-top reactions. In particular, avoid anything that doesn’t agree with you - certain people, food, drinks, indulgences that take your mind to another plane. I think you’re picking up what I’m putting down.

The truth is your subconscious is so readily available to you this week. Your energetic field is more sensitive than usual. Instead of avoiding the feelings, give in to them. Have a long cry, book an appointment with your healer, or take a walk in nature to help you ground your body.

You’ll have choices to make this week, so it’s a good thing Mercury is in Taurus helping us keep a somewhat firm grasp on logic and rational thought. With Saturn, the planet of karma and time, squaring the Nodes of Fate, the choices you make this week could have a long-lasting impact on your destiny.

It can be tempting to hold yourself back and not move forward, but that isn’t really how things work. Not choosing, is still a choice.

While we’re at it, Mars joins the team in Pisces, so by the weekend, your emotions will be at a level 10. Add Kleenex to the shopping list.

Easter weekend brings a potent Full Moon in Libra opposite the Sun in Aries, creating a T-Square with Pluto in Capricorn. Whenever Pluto is involved we’re invited to shed an old skin.

The symbolism couldn’t be more perfect, as the world celebrates the resurrection of the savior, you get to experience your own cosmic rebirth.

It’s weeks like this when I pull out the timeless prayer from A Course in Miracles:

Where would you have me go?
What would you have me do?
What would you have me say, and to whom?

Ask those 3 questions this week and then listen. Listen to the whisper of your soul, listen for messages from your guides, and let the Universe talk to you through the words in a book or the lyrics of a song.

If you get quiet and drop into stillness, you’ll get an answer.
